The Reverend Julie Craig, Pastor

"He has shown you, O mortal what it good;
And what does the Lord require of you but to do justice,
and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?"
Micah 6:8

The Reverend Julie Craig was called to be Pastor of Jerusalem Presbyterian Church in June, 2004. She holds a BA from Purdue University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Theater. Her Master of Divinity degree is from San Francisco Theological Seminary, where she was a Dean's Scholar for her three years of graduate study. Prior to coming to Jerusalem she worked for the Presbytery of the Redwoods in California. Before answering God's call to ministry she worked in health care as a counselor and medical assistant, was active in Presbytery-wide leadership, and was ordained an Elder and Deacon in the Presbyterian Church, (USA).

Julie is married to her college sweetheart, Peter; they have two teenaged children. Julie and Peter are life-long Midwesterners, both born in Indiana.

The Reverend Dr. Lawrence Sinclair, Parish Associate

He was commissioned as Parish Associate for Christian Education and Pastoral Care at Jerusalem Presbyterian Church in October of 2005.

Lawrence is married to Mary Ann, a nurse psychotherapist, and together they have six children and ten grandchildren.

Jenni Zielke, Choir Director

Although Jennifer Warren-Zielke has been singing for years, choral conducting is a new experience for her. Jenni auditioned and was chosen to sing with the Florentine Opera Chorus in Milwaukee when she was 18 years old. She was also chosen to be a part of the Young Artist's Career Development Program through the Milwaukee Conservatory of Music, where she had the opportunity to study privately with world-renowned vocal coaches. Jenni is most proud of preparing for two Metropolitan Opera Auditions, each of which takes a full year of preparation, singing five arias in five different languages. Her latest "gig" is being a regular National Anthem singer for the Milwaukee Brewers for the last 9 years.

Conducting the Jerusalem Choir is a delightful new musical challenge for Jenni and she feels honored to be the leader of this fine group. Jenni's looking positively forward to learning through teaching sacred music on this side of the baton. Jenni lives in Waukesha with her husband Larry, and they are blessed to have Carol, her Mom living with them.

Heidi Schueller, Office Administrator

Originally from New Jersey, Heidi moved to Wisconsin with her family when she was eight years old. After graduating from Waukesha South High School, she went on to UW-Platteville to earn a bachelor of fine arts degree. She worked as a graphic artist for several years before becoming an advertising account coordinator for Roundy's Foods. In 1994 she was married at Jerusalem Presbyterian Church to her husband Bill.

With the exciting news that the Schueller family was about to expand, Heidi left the industry to become a full-time mother. Heidi and Bill have three terrific daughters; Isabel, Claudia and Laurelei and a Weimaraner named Cinder. As church members since 2004, they continue to enjoy the services, Sunday school classes and activities the church provides. In her spare time, Heidi is a professional scrapbooker, author, and founder of the JPC Scrapclub.
